The solution to the high temperature of the brushless motor

A brushless motor is a motor body and driver, as well as a mechatronic product. What are the reasons for the high temperature when it is in use? The following is the finishing of the editor:

1. The power supply voltage is high, more than 10% of the rated voltage of the motor, causing the iron loss of the motor to heat up

2. The power supply voltage is too low, lower than 5% of the rated voltage of the motor and brushless motor, and it will generate heat when running at the rated load. The solution is to adjust the level of the transformer tap changer and adjust the power supply voltage to the normal range.

3. The three-phase power supply voltage is unbalanced, and the phase-to-phase voltage unbalance exceeds 5%, causing the three-phase current to be unbalanced and causing the motor to heat up.

4. Open circuit operation of brushless motor

5. If the load is heavy, the load should be reduced or the motor of suitable capacity should be replaced.

6. Brushless motors start too often.

7. The mechanical load is the fault.

The photoelectric position sensor of the brushless motor is equipped with a photoelectric induction device at a certain position on the stator assembly, the rotor is equipped with a shading plate, and the light source is a small light bulb. When the rotor rotates, due to the effect of the shading plate, the photosensitive element device on the stator will intermittently generate a pulse signal of a certain frequency.

Through these descriptions, I believe that everyone's understanding of the brushless motor is getting deeper and deeper. The friction force is greatly reduced during operation, the operation is smooth, and the noise will be much lower.
